After so many years of keeping guarded, I finally let loose and let a select few know my secrets.  
It will always remain a regret.

No control

I am an emotional person, which maybe most women are. It took me years and much hard work to understand my emotions and tame them (thank you, Joyce Meyer). After years of such good control I find myself back at square one. I am floundering yet again. Why do I continue to allow my emotions rule me?
